2. What data we collect

When you contact us

If you reach out via contact forms or direct email, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Message or inquiry

This happens only when you voluntarily submit it — we don't request data without a clear reason.

Via cal.com (external booking service)

When you schedule a call through our cal.com link, your data goes directly to cal.com. We don't access that information — it's their responsibility. Read their privacy policy for details.

Processing via AI tools (consultancy & analysis)

Important: agent55 uses AI tools (including Claude, OpenAI GPT models, n8n, and related services) for:

• Analysis of your business processes and questions
• Generation of recommendations and strategies
• Workflow automation (via n8n)
• General consultancy assistance

What this means:

• Information you share may be processed by these external AI services, some of which are US-based
• These services have their own privacy policies and data retention — review them:
  • Claude/Anthropic Privacy
  • OpenAI Privacy
  • n8n Privacy
• We use these tools only for your specific questions — not for training AI models
• Sensitive information is minimized before being sent to AI services

International data transfers: Information sent to US-based AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) is transferred under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) compliant with GDPR. We have Data Processing Agreements with all processors. This is necessary to answer your questions optimally.

Your explicit consent is required. By scheduling a call or sharing information, you explicitly accept the use of these AI tools for your consultancy. You can always refuse to share sensitive information.

Potential analytics (if added later)

If we add analytics in the future (e.g., Vercel Analytics or similar), we will:

• Not collect identifiable personal data
• Only record anonymized visit data (pages visited, time on site, device type)
• Announce this separately on this site
• Always give you the option to opt out
• Analytics tools may also use AI for pattern recognition (always anonymized by default)

Currently: this website collects no analytics data and places no cookies.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only for:

• Answering your specific question or request
• Scheduling a call (via cal.com)
• Sending information you've requested
• Complying with legal obligations

We never sell your data to third parties. We don't send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on:

• Contractual necessity: if you want to schedule a call or receive consultancy services
• Legitimate interest: if you ask a question, we need your contact details to respond
• Your explicit consent: when you share information that will be processed via AI tools

AI processing — explicit consent: We process your information via external AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, n8n) only after your explicit written consent. This happens in two situations:

1. When booking: When you schedule a consultation via cal.com and share your questions, you explicitly accept that agent55 will process that information via AI tools.
2. During consultancy: Before we use AI tools for analysis or recommendations, we ask for your explicit approval.

You can always say no to AI processing. In that case, we can still help you, but the response may take longer.

5. How long we keep data

• Contact inquiries: until you've received an answer + 30 days (for follow-ups)
• Scheduled calls: calendar data is managed by cal.com per their retention policy
• Legal obligations: up to 7 years (accounting records, if applicable)

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you
• Correction — have incorrect data fixed
• Erasure — request deletion (unless we're required to keep it)
• Portability — receive your data in a readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, email alperen@agent55.ai with the subject "GDPR request".

7. Security and international transfers

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS encryption for all communications
• No storage of sensitive data in insecure locations
• Minimal data retention (we only keep what's necessary)

International transfers:

• Contact details (name, email) are stored in the EU and not transferred outside, unless you explicitly agree.
• AI processing: If you consent to AI tools, information goes to US servers (Anthropic, OpenAI). This happens under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) that are GDPR-compliant. You give explicit consent for this (see section 4).

8. Cookies

This website currently places no cookies.

If we add analytics or similar services in the future, we will:

• Notify you first
• Ask for your consent for non-essential cookies
• Provide options to configure or disable them

9. Liability and responsibility

agent55 processes your data with reasonable care, but:

• We cannot guarantee that AI services treat external data with the same level of care
• By using consultancy services, you accept the risk that information will be processed via external AI tools
• agent55 is not liable for data breaches or misuse by external AI service providers, provided we have implemented reasonable security measures
• Sensitive trade secrets, passwords, or PII should not be shared in consultations — only share information necessary for the engagement
